Refund and Returns Policy

At Delicious Scents by Deveaux, we take pride in creating beautifully crafted fragrances that elevate your everyday experience. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we want every purchase to feel special. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our policy below.

Returns

• You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• To qualify, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• We are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery, due to the personal and consumable nature of fragrance products.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received defective, incorrect, or damaged.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
• In the case of a defective or wrong item, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement at no additional charge.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened or used fragrance products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product so we can resolve the issue quickly.
